1. Member Eligibility

To register and use VisitorBet's services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.

2. Account Registration

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at VisitorBet. Opening multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

• All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
• Your full name, IC/passport number, and contact details must be accurate and valid.
• VisitorBet reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC) at any time, including a copy of your MyKad or passport, proof of current address, and other relevant documents.
• You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. Do not share your login credentials with anyone.
• If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, please contact VisitorBet support immediately.

VisitorBet employs a sophisticated duplicate account detection system. If the system identifies more than one account linked to the same individual — based on IP address, device information, payment method, or personal details — all associated accounts will be suspended pending investigation.

3. Deposits & Payments

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM30 per transaction.
• The maximum withdrawal within a 24-hour period is RM50,000 for standard accounts and RM200,000 for VIP accounts.

• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled or amended once placed.

• Odds and betting limits are subject to change without prior notice.
• Winnings resulting from technical errors, incorrect price displays, or exceptional circumstances may be voided at VisitorBet's discretion.

• VisitorBet reserves the right to limit bet sizes for specific players without providing a reason.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the VisitorBet platform and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds:

• Fraud & Manipulation: Any attempt to cheat or manipulate the gaming system, including the use of automated software, bots, or algorithms to gain an unfair advantage.
• Money Laundering: Using the VisitorBet platform for money laundering or illegal financing purposes. VisitorBet fully complies with Malaysia's anti-money laundering laws.
• Multiple Accounts: Registering or using more than one account, whether directly or through a third party.
• Bonus Abuse: Abusing the bonus system, including obvious hedging techniques, creating fictitious accounts to claim bonuses, or coordinating with other players to manipulate promotions.
• Collusion: Colluding with other players at the same table to gain an unfair advantage.
• Platform Disruption: Any attempt to disrupt, hack, or compromise the security and integrity of the VisitorBet platform.
• False Information: Providing false personal or financial information during registration or the KYC process.

8. Account Closure & Suspension

VisitorBet reserves the right to close or suspend any account at any time for reasons including, but not limited to, a violation of any term set out in this document.

• If an account is closed due to a terms violation, any remaining balance and associated winnings may be forfeited in full.
• Members who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting the VisitorBet support team. Any valid balance will be returned upon completion of the verification process.
• Accounts inactive for more than 12 consecutive months may be subject to a monthly maintenance fee of RM10, or closed if the balance is zero.
• VisitorBet will provide reasonable notice before taking any account closure action, except in cases of fraud or security threats requiring immediate action.

9. Limitation of Liability
